| Counselor Training Many pastors report that they were not adequately trained in seminary to do counseling. They also report that if they pastor a very large church, they are unable to meet the counseling need of everyone that comes to them for help. CMI is prepared to help pastors develop their skills, and select members of their congregation for training in basic counseling skills.
